The WBS should be broken down into at least 2 levels (the project name is not considered as a level). At least 2 elements of the WBS should be broken into a third level. c. All the WBS best practices presented in class should be followed (check your notes). For example: One element cannot be broken into only one element, break an element into all the elements needed ( 100% rule), etc. 5. The WBS Dictionary: a. It must be 100% aligned with the WBS. b.
