Name the controls descriptively using the appropriate prefixes and change the text properties of the as displayed below $($need not be exact positions$)$

Functionality

The text boxes are enabled only when the "Change Numbers" radio button is selected

When the Add radio button is selected, the addition equation is displayed in the results label using the numbers from the textboxes $($see image$)$

When the Multiply radio button is selected, the multiplication equation is displayed in the results label using the numbers from the textboxes

When the Display Image text box is checked, the image is displayed. The image is not visible when the checkbox is not checked.
