Create a .xls file with 4 headers: Item, Estimate in Time, Detail and Poker Points First, you list the item (i.e. small 4 door car)

Second, you estimate in real time the amount of minutes to clean the outside of the vehicle with just yourself cleaning it. (i.e. 30 mins)

Third, give some detail as to how you came up with the time listed under estimate in time (Small car with no unusual parts on the outside) Finally use the planning poker numbers to estimate using a comparison to the first car, which is your reference story
