Create an assessment tool (or checklist) that CTE students can use to determine and assess their performance for group work in a CTE class. It must be able to be objectively scored (e.g., a rubric or simple + - scoring scheme) and it must function as a guide for students to use when working in a group situation in a CTE classroom or program.

1. Various materials (organized and available
2. Overall additional comments about the group's interactions, positive experiences or concerns from the student's perspective
3. Level of supervision offered by the Teacher
4. Effectiveness of the group at reaching the learning goal
5. Role(s) within the group (what were they and were they equitable)
6. Size of the group
7. Opportunity for self-expression within the group
8. Level of interdependence among group members
9. Level of personal relevance of the work
