A homeowner$$s association $($that is$,$ an association of people who own apartments$)$ owns a parking lot. The parking lot has a number of parking spaces. An apartment may have more than one owner, and an owner may own more than one apartment. Only one parking space is assigned to one apartment by the apartment number and there are few unassigned parking spaces for guests.$$

Some spaces have electric sockets for engine heaters. Such a parking space is rented by one of the apartment owners, who has exclusive use of the space by registering their license plate. The spaces with electric outlets are popular, and there is a waiting list for the spaces and each apartment may send at most one request. When a space becomes available, the apartment with the longest waiting time may rent it$.$ One of the apartment owners must sign the contract.
