Create an HTML file named username.html.

The page should allow users to create a username and email for a website. The user should be prompted to enter his or her first name, last name, and school name. The program should create a username that consists of the users first name initial concatenated with the first four characters of the users last name. For example, if Charlie Sheen attends NSU, his username would be Cshee. Only the first character of the user name must be uppercase. Also, the program should create an email that consists of the users first name initial concatenated with the users last name, @, school name, and .edu. Email must be in lower case.
