Fitness Center Information System Project Requirements 1. Member Management Function a. Add member i. Must support 2 membership levels with different pricing for each level. ii. Must maintain valid credit card information for each member. iii. Must provide new member with a payment receipt iv. Reporting: Must provide fitness center management with a membership report that includes the signup date and other pertinent details for each new member. Report data must be sorted in a meaningful way b. Update member profile Must allow member personal information (i.e. address, phone number, email address, etc.) to be updated. i. i. Must allow member fitness information to be updated (i.e. age, weight, height, exercise goals, etc.) c. Cancel membership i. Members must be allowed to cancel their membership. ii. When a membership is cancelled, the date of cancellation must be recorded along with a reason for the cancellation. ili. Reporting: Must provide management with a member cancellation report that includes the cancellation date and other pertinent details for each membership cancellation.
