Solution Guidelines

$$ Some examples of programs that already exist are diversity and inclusion workshop, panel discussions,

networking events, mentorship programs, scholarship programs and lecture series. We encourage you to be

innovative in your solution or have these as a part of a larger solution.

$$ The engagement plan should prioritize fostering network and providing tools for upskilling of diverse groups

whether in technical or personal aspect, without the primary goal of leading to hiring. Alternatively, the plan

can focus on identifying candidates who demonstrate high potential.

$$ The engagement plan should include a $2-$way communication channel that facilitate students to share their

view with the firm.

$$ Budget $$ Please ensure that your plan does not exceed $7,00,000$ INR including all possible expenses and the

minimum of $5$ campuses to be engaged via your plan.

$$ Plan an engagement from the firm$$s perspective which would be applicable for colleges in the same bracket $$
