Try to use a process with 15-20 symbols (i.e., avoid a process that is too simple or too complex).

Identify places in the process that are obviously wasteful and could be improved. You need to add the timing of the processes. Also you need to explain the FLOW. This was discussed in class that what is the flow and what would stop the flow and what do we have to do to prevent and delay. You also need to do efficiency analyses.
