Create C program using entropy

Part 1: Encoder Write a program to perform Huffman encoding of text input. Your program should be able to handle text input both from the console and from a text file. The output should be the encoded binary data stream written to an output file. Your program should display the average bits/symbol of the en- coding. (Note: Be sure to also store the Huffman codebook in the output file; without the codebook, decoding is impossible!) Part 2: Decoder Write a program to perform Huffman decoding of the output file from Part 1. The input to this part of your program is a previously encoded binary data file. The output should be the decoded text written to either the console or an output text file (depending on the user's choice)
