Create Database Report Page

The user-interface should be professional in appearance and easy to use with a single large text area and submit button.

The text that is entered into the text area should be saved to a database along with a date/time stamp. A simple table with at minimum two fields should be employed (Entry date, report text)

The data should be stored in either an MS-access database or a MS-SQL server data file.

A grid or table displaying each report item on a separate line should allow the user to click an Edit button in order to display that particular text entry back into the text area for editing and re-saving. A cancel button should allow the user to cancel the editing process.
