You can use notional data for the project. Notional data is data you estimate but would be available if you performing a decision analysis in an organization. Use notional data for your value measure ranges, alternatives scores, costs, etc

Project deliverables:

1-One Page executive summary

2-Excel decision model (includes value and cost data)

You can use either NPV model, a MODA model, or a Portfolio Model. (chose one)

NPV Model:

Develop a Net Present Value or Net Present Cost model for this Project using each of the Excel modeling guidelines Build a control panel and a calculations page. Develop your calculations page based on YOUR problem.

MODA model

1. Build a MODA excel model for your Project 1. You may use the Data Center Template or create your own template. Use at least three functions, at least three objectives, and at least three value measures, and four alternatives.
2. Develop your own functional value hierarchy or objectives hierarchy. Use the MODA modeling techniques.

Portfolio Model

1. Assume that MODA is appropriate to assess the value of each project.
   1. Build a MODA Excel model with at least four measures to evaluate all of the projects individually.
   2. Estimate the cost of each project.
   3. Identify project constraints.
   4. Develop an optimization model using Solver to determine the best portfolio for your budget.
