Your list may contain two rows for two authors, e.g. Smith co-authored book XYZ with Jones, and Jones co-authored book XYZ with Smith. Order the list by the authors name. Do NOT include single-authored books. Could this be a time to use a self-join?

Q4 Use the MINUS operator to list the publishers who have not published any cooking books. The MINUS operator will make this much easier.

Q5 List the ISBN, title, author last name(s), retail price, and the promotional gift for all books. For books with multiple authors list both author's names but it is also OK if only one was provided.

Q6** Complete Question 10 (use jl_employee table that you have created last week using the script provided in Module 4 Assignment. Use a self-join in combination with an outer join so you can show the top boss in your report!

Q7** Based on the prospective customers you have loaded into your DB last week as part of Module 4 Assignment create a single query that provides the first name, last name, email, and state for everyone customers and prospects.

The query should indicate whether the name is for a customer or a prospect with a column that contains either a C for a customer or a P for a prospect.

If a prospect turns out to already be a customer, then the final list should show him/her ONLY once, with the C indicator.
