Create a program using loops and methods, and decimal format to do the following:

Ask the user to enter their half-year score for a certain subject, and their finals score. count the half-year score twice and the finals once. average the score, pass this back to main and report it to the user. If his/her average is under 65 add "Seek your teacher for extra help" If it is above "You are doing good keep it up".
