Criteria:

• Using your knowledge of the organisation and a 'Gemba Walk' provide an overview of the organisation and specific area/department of focus (if relevant).
• Describe an issue/opportunity that has become evident during the Gemba walk that could be addressed through a lean transformation project.
• Identify and justify a specific waste and how it might be addressed during the project.
• Discuss the four points below as they relate to the proposed lean transformation project you described in your case study.
