1. Create your Group using the module within Moodle
2. Each Group Member will have to find 3 different Job Postings (independently) that they are interested in

• Job Posting Details to Submit:
  • Name of Group Member who found the position
  • Date that Job Posting was found
  • Method of Application (Where did you find the job? provide the URL if it is online)
  • Job Title
  • Job Description
  • Hiring Company Name

3. Group Members will then share the Job Descriptions that they have found with one another.
4. From the summation of Job Descriptions, each Group Member will select the 1 position that they want to apply for, independently.

3. • You can choose to apply to a position that a Group Member found, rather than one that you found yourself.
   • Multiple Group Members can apply to the same position.

5. After pooling Job Postings and selecting which one to apply to, each Group Member will create their own, personal, Targeted Application Package.

5. • Application Packages will consist of at least a Resume and Cover Letter, customized to the role.

6. Once a Group Member has created their Targeted Application Package, the other Group Members will edit it for them.
   • Team Work will be evaluated based on the quality of constructive criticism that students provide to one another.
   • Editing can be done either by hand, or with digital comments.
   • Group Members must include identification to demonstrate which editing suggestions were provided by each person.

7. After providing editing suggestions, Group Members will return the resume and cover letter to the creator.
8. Keeping the edited version, the creator of the resume and cover letter will then polish their Targeted Application Package

7. • You can choose to either take the editing advice that your peers have provided or not.

9. Each Group Member will individually submit the following documentation, saved as one file, through Moodle:

9. • Title Page Including the names of Group Members involved
   • All Job Postings shared by the Group (Required Job Details included)
   • Targeted Application Package with editing suggestions by Group Members included
   • Polished Targeted Application Package with final editing completed.
