Create your own probability using a deck of cards, rolling a die, skittles, m&m's, or create your own. You

can ask me I will try to help figure something out.

1. Describe your event that you are trying to find the probability.

2. What is the theoretical probability of your event?

3. Do an experiment of at least 20 times (may do more and possibly less depending on your event).

Record your results and give your experimental probability.

4. Using your theoretical probability how many times does the event occur in 100? Using your

experimental probability, how many times does the event occur in 100?

5. Write a paragraph in complete sentences on comparing your theoretical probability results with

your experimental probability results.
