Createproject life cycle document explaining all the stages that culminate in the project closeout process. Your document should begin with the project summary and include a change management plan.

Address the following:

• How will customer final approval be received?
• Criteria to be met for the customer to agree that the project has been successfully completed
• The lessons learned as the project is completed - What was done well? What could have been done better?
• Project team roll-off - What happens to the project team members? How soon can they roll off the project?
• In which form will communication be delivered to stakeholders?

Include the following in your change management plan section:

• Address circumstances the project might consider for change.
• Describe how changes to the project scope, timeline, and budget will be requested, reviewed, approved, reported, and communicated.
• Discuss how the change might facilitate the project's success.
