Creating a Matlab Function M file that does improper integrals:

improperintegral (f, a, b) that takes 4 inputs: f is a function handle and a and b are real numbers

Assume: f(0) is undefined but the integral from 0 to a of f(x) dx exists and a> 1/2

Does: calculates the integral from 2^(-1) to a of f(x) dx, integral from 2^(-2) to a of f(x) dx, integral from 2^(-3) to a of f(x) dx....until successive integrals differ by less than b

Returns: the Final Calculated integral
