Creating an Executable JAR file from a Maven Netbeans Project with dependencies

Hi I am trying to create an executable JAR file within my Maven project using Netbeans. My project relies on some Gephi (SNA tool) libraries and has dependencies from them. My project is also reading in a data file so the JAR file needs to be able to recognize that file. Does anyone have any experience with this?
