Crisis in organizations takes many forms. For instance, your organization can suddenly start losing many customers because a competitor is offering a much more attractive product or service, and you cannot change your process easily to match their offering. Climate change may make your activities difficult to conduct or riskier. New regulation may be difficult to follow and require significant change in your processes.

A common wisdom expression says that we should never waste a good crisis. Using one of the numerous change management models or guidelines presented in class, explain why it may be easier to introduce change in a crisis situation than it would be in a stable environment. Please illustrate your answer with an example.
