Post-module Assignment Critically analyse the operations management practices in your organisation. To assist in your analysis, draw a business process map of the operations, or section of operations you choose to focus on. Identify the inefficiencies throughout the operational process and indicate where in the process it occurs. Propose improvements to the operations to address the identified inefficiencies. Also include recommendations on the improvement of HR policies, processes and practices that will contribute to improving operational efficiency.	26
Analyse the management practices in your organisation and select one of the functional areas of management listed below. Choose one that poses specific challenges to the organisation and write a proposal to the manager of the department or business unit on how to improve their management of the business function.
