Workplace Diversity Training

You have been asked to design a diversity-training program for incoming freshman at your school. Answer the following questions: What is workplace diversity? What is it about workplace diversity that is important for the organization? What is to be trained? How is the training to be done? How will the diversity training be evaluated? Develop a method for the training program. Do a web search to identify online diversity programs and find one program that reports at least one evaluation criterion to support its use. Using Kirkpatrick model discussed in chapter 8, give one example of each of the four types of data for evaluation that you would use to evaluate either your own new program or a ready-made online program.
