Critically analyse the HRM challenges that BrazilCo. faced when setting up in one of their

subsidiaries $($in Canada, UK$,$ Norway or Switzerland$).$ Looking at both internal AND external

factors that affected the HRM practices, and in particular, the cultural and institutional factors
