The linear regression, which is used in nearly all businesses that need assistance increasing their sales, will be clearly visible to the analyst doing this form of analysis. Part 2: The example with VAM shows that when running these linear regressions there should always use caution because it is not full proof. There are certain factors that can not be analyzed correctly with data that is collected. An example of this could be a restaurant that analyzes data throughout the country. Certain regions of the country would not exceed in sales for certain foods. An example being seafood, you can assume that this restaurant that has restaurants in the middle of the country would not sell as much seafood than coastal ones.
