This type of communication focuses on the elements that impact communication across different cultures and how messages can be adjusted to reach audiences. "Culture is a dynamic, fluid, ever-changing, and complex force in the lives of individuals, groups, and communities" (Huff, Kline, & Peterson, 2015, p. 22). Communicators must understand this dynamic flow and address the nuances of culture in their work.
