Crystal wants to expand her business further. She entered into a contract with Alberto, who is a professional hairstylist sets models' hair on fashion photoshoots. Crystal asked Alberto to assist in a photoshoot she was planning. She told Alberto that because of expansion of business, she would need a lot of models and massive photographs. They agreed that the contract would be for three weeks of work, at a fee of HK$10,000 per day plus allowance for meals. On the first day of the photoshoot, Alberto was concerned to find that the models at the studio were not famous at all. When he confronted Crystal on this issue, she admitted that she had financial problems and therefore the photoshoot needed to be scaled down.
