A customer is identified by his or her social security number. The following information should be kept on customers: first name, last name, multiple phone numbers, multiple addresses, date of birth, and age. Each branch employs several employees, and is managed by only one employee. Each employee could have a supervisor employee. The bank requires knowing each employee's name and salary. The name is composed of a first name, middle initial and last name. Employees are identified by their social security number
