visit.

The circuit has three inputs, forming the three bits of a binary number that represent eight

football teams $(0=$ Barcelona, $1=$ Real Madrid, $2=$ Liverpool, $3=$ Brighton, $4=$ Manchester City,

$5=$ Manchester United, $6=$Arsenal, $7=$PSG$)$

The circuit is to have an output of $1$ for the $4$ teams out of the eight that you consider the

best $($you are to choose the teams.$)$

The output will be $0$ for the rest of the teams.

Design a logic circuit to implement OUT

Do your design as a truth table, a Karnaugh Map $($K$-$Map$),$ a boolean expression and a logic circuit.
