CUPE $3903$ plans to develop a system to manage the ongoing strike. Currently, CUPE $3903$ units

have FOUR types of users, i$.$e$.,$ Contract Faculty, Teaching Assistants, Graduate$/$Research

Assistants, and Part$-$time Librarians. Each valid user can register and subscribe to different

channels, i$.$e$.,$Bargain$($news from the negotiation with the University will be broadcasted to

users automatically$),$Picket$($news regarding the locations and times will be sent to users

automatically$),$Student$($news related to students$),$ and $$Social$($news about the strike from

social media$).$ A piece of news has its own basic information such as source, category, message,

length, time, etc. The system also provides various functionalities for analyzing and transforming
