Nyoglobin faciliates $O_2$ diffusion in the cell by acting as a "molecular bucket bripade" accepting $O_2$ delivered to the cell by

$$ and then tramferring it to $$ Myoglobinis $$ saturated with $O_2$ when than Bso$-$ to myoglobin and $$ translerred at $p{O}_2$ less than pso myoglobin

$O_2.$ In either case, the transler of $O_2$ from $$ to $$ is compromised.
