1. What sort of customer service job and industry might you like to have and work in if you had to pick a career as a Customer Service Worker and would it be a face-to-face situation, or through an online customer service center?
2. Describe a business interaction you've been involved with to make a favorable impression and what steps did you take to achieve this?
3. Now think of another time when you didn't make as favorable of an impression and what lessons from this unit would you now use to make an improvement?
