Cut-off values for KAP (knowledge, attitude, and preventive practices) studies

Is there a standard cut-off value for knowledge, attitude, and practices (KAP) study?

Other KAP studies utilize 60%, 70%, 75%, or 80%. Some use a modified Bloom's cut-off value of either 60% or 80%. For example, a study used 80% as their cut-off value, hence scoring of a questionnaire with a range of 0-10 would translate to: 0-7 scores would be considered poor knowledge, while scores of 8-10 would be considered good knowledge.

My KAP study utilized an adapted questionnaire from which the source used a 70% cut off value albeit no reason nor supporting literature has been cited as to why this cut-off value was used.
