An order for Order Quantity of a product is processed on work centers A and B. The setup time on A is Work Centre A - Setup Time, and run time is Work Centre A - Run Time Per Piece. The setup time on B is Work Centre B - Setup Time, and the run time is Work Centre B - Run Time Per Piece. Wait time between the two operations is Wait time after Work Center A (Minutes). The move time between A and B is Move Time from A to B. Wait time after operation B is Wait Time after Work Center B (Minutes), and the move time into stores is Move Time from B to Stores. There is no queue at either workstation. Calculate the total manufacturing lead time for the order.Use the data on the spreadsheet to make your calculation.
