Hello Students,

I am writing to outline assignments and oral presentations you are expected to complete this semester. Your course assessment plan includes three main written assignments and two oral presentations. The written assignments need to be submitted in the following order. Report One is an internal proposal written in Memo format. Report Two is an internal proposal written in Short Report format. Report Three is a comparative recommendation report written for an external client in Long Report format. The other part consists of two oral presentations. Presentation $1$ is an individual or paired presentation on a technical writing topic, and is worth $5\%$ of your grade. Presentation $2$ is a team presentation of a progress report for Report $3.$ This one is worth $10\%.$
