Using a Perceived Value- Urgency Matrix*, classify the hawkers into four broad groups. Describe them using key characteristics, and identify their attitudes towards technology in terms of urgency and reasoning.

*Note: the matrix is a simple 2 x 2 matrix, with High / Low on each of the 2 dimensions (Perceived Value and Urgency).
