Profile CTR I also calculated the average CTR, and with a CTR of 1.18%, customer profile CP-07 was above average. The average CTR was 1.16%. Bounce Rate You also asked about the bounce rate. Well, even though customer CP-01 had the highest CTR, that profile also had the lowest bounce rate. The bounce rate for CP-01 was below the average 89.95% as it came in at 88.68%.
