On the pages that follow you will find both the quantitative and qualitative results of a short

team diagnostic survey.

Here are the questions that you need to address:

$$ What are the team$$s strengths $($according to its members$)?$

$$ What are the team$$s areas of improvement $($according to its members$)?$

$$ Describe what is happening on the team. What is your diagnosis?

$$ How would you present the data in a feedback session?

$$ What ideas for action would you recommend? Prioritize them.

Analyze the data to answer the first $3$ questions. Consider mean scores and the distribution of

scores, as well as the comments. As you are doing this, try to make connections between the

quantitative and qualitative types of data, to see if they support each other or diverge from

each other. State what you believe the strengths of the team to be and what the areas of

development are. Come up with a few of each. When you state these, be sure to provide the

rationale for why you consider these things strengths or areas of development. What did the

data say about them? Be sure to cite facts from which your conclusions are drawn.
