Make sure you include details to give context: Name of student, country they have work experience in$,$ the type of job they had.

Make sure you include the conversation details: Name of student, course they are taking at BVC$,$ date, time and location of conversation. If the student consents, you should include a photo of the two of you as proof that you had this conversation.

Grading Criteria: Grading is based on how comprehensive the information gathering is$,$ the depth of insights and reflection related to application to the real world and cross$-$cultural communication.

There must be evidence that you've completed Step $1$ and the required learning activities in Module $9.$ The submission should be highly personal and must be consistent with the context of a conversation with an English Language Learner. The writing is expected to be more casual than an academic research paper since it is a retelling of an event and reflection on the experience.

What you submit must be so unique and specific to your conversation that it has specific examples that can be confirmed with other students in the conversation. It must be so highly personalized that it could not be replicated by AI$.$ AI tools can be used to fix your grammar but should not be used for writing since they will embellish and change the details.
