Data Analysis For this Course Project, you will be presented with a scenario involving a pharmacy mini clinic much like those that are found in many drug storesproviding a location where patients can pick up prescriptions and get vaccinated. As one of the health care providers at the mini clinic, you have been asked by the manager to create a basic relational database that can be used to gather information about the patients who have received vaccines at the mini clinic. The database will include information on the following: Patients that visit the clinic Information about the vaccines that are dispensed Information about the insurance companies that the patients use The insurance company that the patient used to pay for the vaccine The type of vaccine and dosage administered on a particular visit You will also be working under the following assumptions: The clinic dispenses different types of vaccines. Each vaccine vial has a serial number, lot number, expiration date, and manufacturer.
