Data Collection: A cable column weight machine will be used to investigate the effect of angle of pull on torque. Subjects will perform this exercise with the cable column position such that the cable pulls at 90 to the lower extremity, and ~ 45 to the lower extremity. Using a goniometer, record the exact magnitude of this angle. The location of the strap will remain the same, and this distance (r) from the hip must be recorded. Each subject will increase the weight until he/she is barely able to move the weight (one repetition maximum). This value will be recorded
