Data Collection and Analysis

This journal's focus is strongly based upon Chapter 6 of our text (Spencer Clark et al., n.d).

Begin this work by thinking through all 6 Positionality Statement questions (p. 101-102) to ground yourself even more personally with this work.

Next, employing all the guidance, advice, and even the framework offered (not to mention Creswell's step-by-step approach broken out on p. 99 - 100), for this post,

1. Do a bullet list that outlines your Methodology, the specific data you plan to collect, and how you will analyze it all.
   • Seriously- this is not a narrative- keep it lean!
2. Using the Data Analysis Checklist (p. 106), select 3 of the questions to respond to with as much authenticity, honesty, and critical thinking as you can muster. Each response should be it's own succinct paragraph (meaning three to four sentences- no manifestos required).
3. Wrap-up this journal posting with a personal check-in. How are you feeling about all that you have accomplished up to this point? How are you feeling about where you currently are with this work? What's your emotional and mental temperature regarding moving forward toward the completion of your action research proposal?
