Dear Educator, You are invited to take part in a simulation qualitative research study titled: "Understanding Burnout in Early Childhood Education: Exploring Teachers' Experiences, Causes, and Support Strategies for Educators and Young Learners." This study aims to explore the experiences of early childhood teachers with three or more years of experience to identify the causes and effects of burnout and to provide strategies that support both teachers and young learners. Participant will be able to: Practice engaging in qualitative research as a participant Reflect on identity development in the context of curriculum Support a fellow student in the learning process Contribute to a meaningful and timely topic Who can participate? Classmates who are willing to role-play the following profile Participants must have at least three years of experience working in early childhood education. Participants must be licensed early childhood teachers or educators currently employed in the School District, specifically working with children in K-2 settings. Participants must be willing to engage in open and honest discussions about their experiences with burnout. no actual identity disclosure is required. If you are Interested?
