o Describe the information$-$gathering techniques that you will use to obtain process and system data requirements for the various information systems. This is not the database, but rather, the internal processes and required data for the developing smartphone apps.

o Provide a description of the processes that will be supported by the information systems and the data that are required to perform those processes.

$$ Data model

o Based on the information that was developed in the process analysis, prepare a data model for a prototype smartphone app.

o The data model should include definitions of the data structures required in the application as well as UML diagrams to depict the data model. Note that much of the internal data may reside in classes that should be depicted in the model.
