Data plays a large part in understanding our consumers, their preferences and frustrations. To understand this process on a small scale, you are to interview 8-10 people on their grocery shopping. A list of questions that you can select from is available below. You may create your own questions as well. Based on the data you have received, you should select either Woolworths, Coles or ALDI and prepare a customer persona for the supermarket. This persona should be created from the data and the insights you have learned on shopping patterns. Be mindful that not all responses will be the same. You will get some people who prefer to shop at Aldi, and they are price conscious (this is one consumer persona), and you may get other people who are one-stop shoppers, and they prefer Woolworths. So you are identifying the persona that aligns with the brand and the one you can find the most evidence on. You will present a consumer persona profile similar to the ones we use in class (infographic style). You will submit the research data with the persona profile.
