PURPOSE: This exercise is designed to provide the student with experience in preparing statistical presentations and to give the student practice designing graphs in a spreadsheet software program.
PROCEDURE: You are preparing the 20XX (use the current year) Annual Report for the Hospital Cancer Registry for presentation at the next Cancer Conference. You are using data from the previous year. See GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS (below data) for details of assignment
