Data was collected over a five-week period from weeks 3 to 7, with measurements obtained weekly at the same time. This information was placed into a spreadsheet and presented graphically. The graph indicates a distinct trend of rising values over the five-week period, with a particularly prominent peak in week six. After reviewing the data, The average confidence ratings for each week showed a consistent upward trend. In week 3, the average confidence rating was 4.3 out of 9, which increased to 5.1 in week 4, 6.1 in week 5, 7.1 in week 6, and finally reached 8.1 in week 7. This indicates a steady improvement in confidence levels regarding various aspects of research. Anxiety levels decreased consistently throughout the course of five weeks. The average anxiety level began at 50 out of 90 in week three and subsequently reduced to 30 out of 90 by week seven. This shows that my research-related anxiety decreased with time. The amount of hours spent on research-related activities increased gradually over time. I've reported spending an average of 7 hours per week in week 3, rising to 13 hours per week in week 7. This implies an increasing devotion to research activities as the weeks pass. Overall, these findings show that confidence in research increased anxiety levels decreased, and there was a higher commitment to research-related activities throughout a five-week period. Positive trends may indicate that as a participant I become more competent and comfortable with research
