Phase I: System Definition: Your Creation for your own Project

Write the project description in 1-2 or more pages. You may pick a project from the real world or a project from any book.

List the client's name or the organization's name if it is a real-world project. The idea of the entire project should be summarized in this phase. This phase should not involve any database tables or entities at all.

(A) Collection of Data, Analysis of Requirement:

Collect Business Forms and Reports, and Screen Shots, User Interface, from real world client for the project if it is a real world project. If it is not a real world project, you need to create by yourself for all of the necessary business forms and input output forms and screen shots with quality.

(B) Formation of user view schema for your own database design

(C)Formation of Preliminary Database

Begin the formation of data base for your project by creating preliminary tables using normalization in Relational Database Model. These should be derived from your business requirements such as input forms, screens, and/or output reports.
