Create a T-SQL script (a plain text file with .sql extension) using SQLBook database.

Requirements: 1. Functionality to use: (single or multiple query per condition) - GROUP BY - GROUP BY Several Fields - GROUP BY - HAVING - GROUP BY ROLLUP - At least five (5) types of JOINs - At least five (5) Common Table Expressions with arguments and without such. 2. Only ONE SCRIPT is allowed and it MUST WORK in all its entirety without any errors. 3. ADD COMMENTS to your code explaining what you are trying to achieve.
