Tom is working with the organisation from last 10 months. Tom has been exposed to abuse and trauma that his clients from different backgrounds are going through. He feels overwhelmed by hearing to client stories and it is affecting his work performance, behaviour, and personal relationship as well. Immediate action taken: _ Provide assistance and refer to counselling services. 0 Advise to take some time off to spend time with family and friends. Further action required: Provide information about Employee Assistance Program and book meeting with staff members who have been through similar situation.
